Addison Rowland Founded Sunshine Co. Pilates to make movement simple, joyful, and accessible. With experience working with adults of all ages, athletes, and those recovering from injuries, Addison creates classes that meet you where you are—encouraging, supportive, and adaptable.

Addison is passionate about making Pilates accessible for everyone—whether you’re a beginner, athlete, office worker, or someone recovering from injury. With a focus on safe movement, body awareness, and long-term health, Addison and Grace brings a mindful and encouraging approach to every class.

Can I do pilates with injuries?

Pilates is suitable to all experience levels and most injuries. If you have an injury you are concerned would be an issue, feel free to apply or give us a call and we can help you!

When are you open?

We are open by appointment and during classes. If you'd like to stop in, reach out to us and we will give you a tour of the studio!
